  • Management of social media channels, that are aligned with company’s overall strategy and brand strategy

  • Management of all social media channels, in line with brand strategy and content plan

  • Drive engagement and growth of social communities and proactive Online Reputation Management (blogs, social media, Google reviews, forums, et cetera)

  • Optimise the social media strategy on an ongoing basis, including researching and launching new social media channels when relevant

  • Development of strategic initiatives, in order to improve the performance of marketing campaigns

  • Development and executing of strategies, in order to grow the audience of our social media channels and blog

  • Management of customer support, by answering questions (phone, email and over social media platforms)


  • Creating and curating exciting and relevant content that increases brand awareness, would require some basic graphic design knowledge

  • Creating and managing the social media content calendar across platform channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, & YouTube 

  • Create thematic content relevant to identified audiences that is aligned with brand voice

  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns

  • Maintain a social content calendar that aligns with brand content strategies

  • Interpreting the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads


  • Attending & promoting industry events (often outside of office hours)

  • Attending relevant events to promote each brand/category

  • Planning and managing online and offline community/social events


  • Compile weekly reports on relevant social media metrics

  • Google Analytics and internal reports in order to get a better understanding of the performance of campaigns and develop an understanding of who our user base is

  • Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer monthly reports to the management team, that outlines any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan


  • Create content for press releases, newsletters, website content, and by-line articles

  • Manage the review product process, selecting products and platforms that are aligned with the company’s overall strategy and brand strategy


  • Assist with creating engaging copy/descriptions for Sensofinity's range of new and existing products

  • Assist with the creation of client presentations

  • Write for a number of channels and platforms

  • Adhere to and contribute to the writing style guide and tone and voice of the company and partners

  • Ensure that copy is accurate and without grammatical and spelling errors

  • Receive constructive feedback and use this to grow and improve as a writer

  • Brainstorm ideas and concepts with other members of the department to distill and develop ideas and promote these within the company
